Legals
Last updated October 3, 2026. This Policy explains how we handle information when you use Paycheck.
This Privacy Policy describes how Paycheck (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our websites, deposit flows, APIs, support tools, and operator consoles (the “Service”). It applies to end users, wallet holders, and visitors.
We may collect:
Routing numbers, account numbers, and full check images are sensitive. We encrypt or tokenize payment data in transit and at rest where the Service stores it, limit access to personnel and processors with a need to know, and retain that data only as long as needed for processing, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
We do not ask for Solana seed phrases or private keys. If anyone claiming to represent Paycheck asks for them, treat that as fraud and contact support.
We share information with service providers that help us operate, including:
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined in U.S. state privacy laws.
Solana and similar networks are public ledgers. Wallet addresses, transfer amounts, and transaction signatures you authorize may be visible worldwide. That public data is outside our control once broadcast. Manual-review fee payments are verified on-chain.
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for session authentication, preferences, demo ledger state, and security. You can clear browser storage, but doing so may sign you out or remove local demo data.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, detect fraud, and meet recordkeeping duties. Retention periods vary by data type. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify information subject to backup and legal hold constraints.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Report suspected incidents to privacy@paycheck.app.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing. Submit requests through /support or privacy@paycheck.app. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request and may deny requests where an exception applies (for example, fraud retention or legal process).
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
We and our processors may process information in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your home country. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms.
We may update this Policy by posting a new version with a revised date. Material changes will be highlighted on the Legal overview page when practical. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.
