These terms govern use of the Paycheck application and related services.
By accessing Paycheck, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Paycheck is not a bank and does not itself take deposits. Check collection and fiat settlement are performed through partner financial institutions and processors.
You must complete identity verification and sanctions screening where required. We may refuse or suspend service based on risk or compliance requirements.
Submitting a check image does not guarantee acceptance, clearance, or crypto payout. Availability of funds follows partner and regulatory hold policies. Crypto is released only after settlement conditions are met.
Fees are disclosed in-product before submission and may include check processing, conversion, and network costs.
You are responsible for the accuracy of destination wallet addresses. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed.
You may not use Paycheck for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or presentment of altered/duplicate checks.
Portions of this deployment may be demonstration software. Production banking features require active partner integrations and licenses.
